Ningún miembro de la Junta Directiva, funcionario o empleado de la Entidad podrá revelar los planes, programas, proyectos o actos que se encuentren en estudio o proceso de adopción, salvo que la Junta Directiva o el Director General haya autorizado la información, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones a que haya lugar, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes.
