A efectos de velar por una eficiente administración de los recursos del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, de forma que se asuman oportunamente los pagos de las prestaciones sociales de los afiliados, el Fideicomitente podrá acceder a la información respecto de los bienes dados en administración, sin perjuicio de que exista reserva legal.
