ARTICULO 94. Licencia por maternidad y aborto. Las Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, en estado de embarazo, tienen derecho en la época del alumbramiento, a una licencia de ocho (8) semanas remuneradas con la totalidad de los haberes correspondientes a su categoría. Cuando en el curso del embarazo sufran aborto, la licencia remunerada será de dos (2) a cuatro (4) semanas, según concepto médico de la Sanidad de la Policía Nacional.
