ARTICULO 55. DE LA ATENCION MEDICA DE LA COMPAÑERA PERMANENTE. Para los efectos de la asistencia médica por maternidad contemplada en el artículo 16 del decreto-ley 3135 de 1968, se entiende por compañera permanente del afiliado la que con él ha hecho vida marital por un término mínimo de un año.
