Artículo trece. Prorrógase por los meses de julio a diciembre de este año, la vigencia de los artículos 11 de la Ordenanza 25 y 12 de la Ordenanza 39, ambas de 1947. El presente Decreto regirá desde el primero de julio de mil novecientos cuarenta y ocho, y será sometido a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
