La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro verificará que el local en donde funcione la Notaría Tercera (3) del Círculo Notarial de Soledad - Atlántico, reúna las condiciones exigidas para la excelente prestación del servicio, en observancia de lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del artículo 157 del Decreto - Ley 960 de 1970, modificado por el artículo 44 del Decreto 2163 de 1970.
