EXCEPCIONES AL RETIRO POR EDAD Y DISMINUCION DE LA CAPACIDAD SICOFISICA. No obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores, el Gobierno o la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, podrán mantener en servicio activo aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que por su trayectoria profesional lo merezcan y cuando sus capacidades puedan ser aprovechadas en determinadas actividades. Cuando se trate de Oficiales se requerirá concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora de la Policía Nacional.
