La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá celebrar acuerdos de pago para la cancelación de los tributos aduaneros de que trata el artículo primero, los cuales se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en la legislación aduanera. En este evento no se requerirá acreditar el pago de los tributos aduaneros para obtener el levante de la mercancía.
