° . Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto 963 de 2001, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 1° . Confiérese comisión de servicios en el exterior al doctor Angelino Garzón Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, por el término de catorce días y medio día (incluidos los días de desplazamiento), comprendidos entre el 9 y el 23 de junio de 2001, para que participe en su calidad de Delegado Gubernamental en la 89 Reunión de la Conferencia Internacional del Trabajo y en la 281 Reunión del Consejo de Administración de la OIT a realizarse en Ginebra, Suiza".
