De la asignación de recursos. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, tendrán prioridad en la asignación de recursos del presupuesto de la Red de Solidaridad Social, los programas que determine el Presidente de la República, con sujeción a la regulación que aquí se establece.
