Decreto 992 de 2002 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los artículos 11, 12, 13 y 14 de la Ley 715 de 2001.

º . Los Fondos de Servicios Educativos . Los Fondos de Servicios Educativos como mecanismo presupuestal de las Instituciones Educativas Estatales, han sido dispuestos por la ley, para la adecuada administración de sus rentas e ingresos y para atender sus gastos de funcionamiento, e inversión, distintos a los de personal.

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales definirán y determinarán los Establecimientos Educativos Estatales que dispondrán de Fondo de Servicios Educativos, y cuáles deben asociarse para ello, y las formas de administración de los mismos.
