º . Modifícase el artículo 11 del Decreto 408 de 2001, el cual queda así: "Artículo 11 . Para todos los efectos jurídicos, los documentos electrónicos presentados a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos reemplazarán los documentos físicos en papel. Cuando el contribuyente requiera presentar ante terceros o cuando autoridad competente solicite copia de la declaración, la impresión en papel que se haga de dichos documentos, tendrá valor probatorio, siempre y cuando se impriman a través de los mismos servicios informáticos electrónicos de que disponga la entidad".
