Artículo segundo. Modifícase el literal b) del artículo 39 del Acuerdo 536 de 1974, aprobado por Decreto número 770 de 1975, el cual quedará así: b) A falta de esposa, tendrá derecho la mujer con quien el asegurado esté haciendo vida marital, siempre y cuando reúna los requisitos de cotización señalados en el artículo 19. Artículo tercero. El presente Acuerdo requiere para su validez aprobación del Gobierno Nacional. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
