Artículo cuarto. En los Juzgados a que se refiere el artículo 1° de este Decreto no serán días de vacancia judicial el lunes, el martes y el miércoles de la Semana Santa. Los Jueces y subalternos respectivos tendrán derecho a tres días hábiles adicionales y compensatorios, en sus vacaciones ordinarias.
