Cumplimiento De Las Operaciones

Cumplimiento de las operaciones . La sociedad autorizada deberá cubrir, con recursos propios, el monto faltante para atender oportunamente las obligaciones que se generen como consecuencia de la realización de operaciones correspondientes a cuentas de margen, cuando los recursos aportados por los clientes sean insuficientes para ello.

Parágrafo

En el caso previsto en el presente artículo, las sociedades autorizadas podrán repetir en contra del cliente de dichas operaciones. CAPITULO V Régimen prudencial de las sociedades autorizadas para realizar cuentas de margen
