Si la Federación Nacional de Cacaoteros entrare en receso durante un (1) año o más, o se disolviere, el Ministerio de Agricultura comprobará este hecho y procederá a declarar el receso. En este caso los dineros destinados a dicha entidad, conforme lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, pasarán al Ministerio de Agricultura, para defensa de la misma industria.
