- Sistema de fijación de precios en los bienes mismos . Modifícase el inciso primero del artículo 20 del Decreto 3466 de 1982, el cual quedará así: "Se entiende por sistema de fijación de precios en los bienes mismos la indicación que de dichos precios hagan los proveedores o expendedores en el empaque, el envase o el cuerpo del bien o en etiquetas adheridas a cualquiera de ellos".
