Artículo tercero. Si el interesado en ocasiones anteriores ha sido cliente de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, la solicitud de crédito se tramitará sin tener en cuenta las moras que haya registrado con motivo de su situación de desplazado por sucesos de orden público; no así en lo que respecta a épocas de anterior normalidad en la región y en cuanto a su normalidad comercial en general.

Parágrafo

Cuando la Caja niegue un préstamo a aquellas personas cuya moralidad comercial no le dé garantías, pasará la respectiva información a la Oficina de Rehabilitación y Socorro.
