º . Transporte ocasional. Los vehículos clase campero de transporte mixto vinculados a las empresas de transporte habilitadas para la prestación del servicio en esta modalidad, podrán efectuar transporte ocasional en un radio de acción distinto al autorizado, previo el porte de una planilla de viaje expedida por el Ministerio de Transporte. Se entiende por servicio de transporte ocasional mixto aquel que se presta excepcionalmente por los vehículos vinculados a empresas de transporte habilitadas, en zonas o recorridos distintos a los autorizados.
