º Para los efectos del ejercicio de las funciones otorgadas por el Decreto 3466 de 1982 y disposiciones complementarias, a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio los productores de productos farmacéuticos deberán remitir a dicha entidad el listado del precio máximo de venta al público fijado para cada uno de sus productos, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de su fijación.
