La Secretaría Ejecutiva Permanente es el órgano ejecutivo del Comité Administrador y estará a cargo del Secretario Ejecutivo de la Comisión Andina de Seguridad Social. La Secretaría Ejecutivase financiará de conformidad con el acuerdo que al respecto adopte la Conferencia de Ministros de Trabajo del Grupo Andino.
