Decreto 3669 de 1986 · por el cual se dictan normas restrictivas sobre la comercialización, locomoción y registro de motocicletas y se modifican los Decretos números 1030 y 1540 de 1985.

º . Las Secretarías de Tránsito y Transporte de los Departamentos y las Inspecciones de Tránsito Municipal, estarán en la obligación de informar a los Comandos de Estación o Subestación de Policía de su jurisdicción, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas hábiles siguientes, las nuevas matrículas o traspaso que se realicen en sus dependencias respecto de motocicletas, indicando las características del vehículo y los datos de su propietario.

Parágrafo

El incumplimiento por parte de las autoridades a que se refiere este artículo, constituirá causal de mala conducta, sancionable con la destitución del cargo.
