ARTICULO 2 o. El artículo 2.4.5.1.2 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: " Objeto . La Financiera Energética Nacional S.A., FEN, con un régimen legal propio, tiene por objeto principal ser el organismo financiero y crediticio del sector energético; para cumplir dicha finalidad, podrá desarrollar las operaciones previstas para las Corporaciones Financieras y, adicionalmente, las previstas en el artículo 2.4.5.4.1 del presente Estatuto."
