Mientras el Gobierno dispone el traslado de la apropiación a que se refiere el artículo precedente, y se adopta la tramitación a que se refiere el artículo precedente dispuesta en los reconocimientos de las prestaciones que por esta Ley quedan a cargo del Tesoro Público, estas serán reconocidas en la forma puesta por los artículos 69 y 70 de la Ley 2a. de 1945.
