Art. 46.° En ningun caso viajará el Correo a cargo de un solo conductor, sino que deberían ir dos, ya sea que las balijas sean conducidas en caballerias, o ya que uno de los dos haga de peon para condicirlas; lo cual tendrá lugar con mas precision si el Correo fuere de encomiendas, de cuya circunstancia se hará mérito en la contrata para los efectos consiguientes.
