Los empleados civiles de las Fuerzas Militares, después de quince (15) años de servicio continuo en el ramo de guerra, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de servicio, que se liquidará conforme a su sueldo mensual así: a los quince (15) años, el diez por ciento (10%). Este porcentaje se aumentara en uno por ciento (1%) por cada año de servicio después de quince (15) años.
