° Utilización de los espacios de televisión. El Consejo Nacional de Televisión establecerá el número y duración de dichos espacios y reglamentará mediante Acuerdo, la utilización de los mismos, en forma que se garantice el respeto a las instituciones y la honra de las personas, y el Consejo Nacional Electoral los distribuirá en términos de estricta igualdad y equidad entre los distintos candidatos a la Presidencia de la República.
