º No obstante lo estipulado en el artículo 6º . en los consulados fronterizos que el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores determine, se exigirá para la expedición de pasaporte ordinario los mismos requisitos que en el territorio nacional, a menos que el solicitante resida en la respectiva jurisdicción consular y esté debidamente inscrito en el Consulado.
