Plan de ordenación forestal. Cuando con anterioridad al 13 de mayo de 1976 hubiere dado aprobación a un Plan de Ordenación Forestal en áreas que presenten las características señaladas en los literales a) y b) del artículo 7° tales áreas podrán ser objeto de aprovechamiento forestal persistente, siempre y cuando el usuario del recurso de cumplimiento a las prácticas protectoras previstas en el concepto técnico aprobatorio del Plan de Ordenación Forestal.
