Facultad de creación de Subcomités Técnicos de Trabajo. El Comité Interinstitucional del Viche/Biche podrá crear Subcomités técnicos de trabajo transitorios o permanentes en el desarrollo de las sesiones ordinarias o extraordinarias.

En la misma sesión que se decida la creación de un Subcomité técnico de trabajo se deberá definir el propósito de este, quiénes lo conforman, sus funciones en concordancia con las establecidas para el Comité Interinstitucional del Viche/Biche, los informes que le deberá presentar y su periodicidad o fecha límite en la que deba ser cumplida dicha labor.
