Obligaciones de Giro de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud a la Subcuenta de Promoción de la Salud. Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud deberán girar a la Subcuenta de Promoción de la Salud del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días calendario de cada trimestre los recursos de Promoción de la Salud, de que trata el artículo anterior, que no se hubiesen ejecutado en el respectivo período trimestral.
