Los auxilios a que se refiere el artículo anterior serán equivalentes a la mitad del recargo, que para la entidad deudora represente la diferencia entre el tipo de cambio oficial de 2.51, vigente en la fecha en que se contrajeron las obligaciones en moneda extranjera que determina el mismo artículo, y el tipo de cambio el momento, en que conforme a los contratos respectivos deban hacerse los pagos.
