°. Modifícase el artículo 2° del Decreto número 2551 de 2012, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2 ° . Vigencia y monto de las operaciones de redescuento. Las operaciones de redescuento enunciadas en el presente decreto, se podrán otorgar únicamente durante el período comprendido entre la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2018, hasta por un monto total de doscientos mil millones de pesos ($200.000.000.000) moneda corriente”.
