El Gobierno dictará las medidas que sean del caso, a fin de conseguir que a partir del 1º de enero de 1943 el flete del trigo sea por lo menos de un veinticinco por ciento (25%) menor que el fijado a las harinas, con el objeto de que puedan abastecerse los molinos establecidos en zonas no productoras de este cereal.
