Cambio de Escalafón. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales del Escalafón Regular, que, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 24 de este decreto, sean inscritos en el Escalafón Complementario, no podrán volver a pertenecer a aquel ni ascender al grado inmediatamente superior. Su actividad profesional está encauzada a servir, principalmente, en dependencias de los Estados Mayores, Planas Mayores y cargos administrativos.
