º COLABORACION. Los Intendentes y Comisarios dispondrán lo necesario para el adecuado y eficaz desarrollo de las funciones asignadas por la ley a los Consejos e incluirán en los proyectos de presupuesto las partidas que aseguren el pago de los emolumentos de los Consejeros y los demás gastos de las Corporaciones y de sus Secretarías.
