del artículo 19 del Decreto 4881 de 2008, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de personas jurídicas extranjeras, la información de las condiciones financieras estará soportada en el último balance general y el estado de resultados de la sucursal establecida en Colombia, que será la que se inscriba como proponente. Estas cifras deben presentarse en moneda colombiana, de conformidad con los artículos 50 y 51 del Decreto 2649 de 1993 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
