Articulo 43. La Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero se compondrá de siete miembros, así: El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Publico, o su delegado; el Ministro de Agricultura, o su delegado; un miembro designado por el Comité Nacional de Cafeteros, en representación de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, y cuatro miembros nombrados por el Presidente de la Republica.
