Definición de fondos bursátiles . Se considerarán fondos bursátiles aquellos Fondos de Inversión Colectiva cuyo objeto consista en replicar o seguir un índice nacional o internacional, mediante la constitución de un portafolio integrado por algunos o todos los activos que hagan parte de la canasta que conforma dicho índice. El portafolio también podrá estar conformado por derivados estandarizados cuyos subyacentes hagan parte de la canasta que conforma el índice.

Parágrafo

A los fondos bursátiles no les será aplicable la clasificación de Fondos de Inversión Colectiva establecida en el artículo 3.1.1.2.2 del presente decreto.
