del artículo 48 del Decreto 131 de 2010, en relación con la Enfermedad Renal Crónica, ERC, la metodología aplicable para determinar el valor que deberá asignársele a las EPS para asegurar su equilibrio financiero será la definida en el marco del Decreto 2699 de 2007 modificado parcialmente por el Decreto 3511 de 2009.
