Adiciónese el

Parágrafo 2

al artículo 85 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

En los depósitos privados se podrán custodiar y almacenar mercancías nacionalizadas y mercancías nacionales, de propiedad del titular de la habilitación y de acuerdo con su actividad comercial. Para estos efectos se deberán identificar por medios físicos o electrónicos las mercancías sujetas a control aduanero, las mercancías nacionalizadas y las mercancías nacionales, así como su respectiva ubicación."
