º . Fijar el término de diez (10) días calendario contados a partir de la expedición de este decreto, para que la UPME señale el volumen máximo a distribuir en los municipios ubicados en Zonas de Frontera descritos en el artículo 1º del mismo. Igualmente, dentro del referido plazo, asigne el volumen a distribuir para los grandes consumidores y las estaciones de servicio de los respectivos municipios.
