Art. 21. En cada uno de los Juzgados de Circuito para lo criminal, que sean de nueva creación conforme á la presente ley, habrá un Fiscal que será nombrado por el Presidente dentro de los primeros quince días del mes de diciembre próximo, y que durará en sus funciones por el resto del período en curso de los actuales Fiscales. Dicho empleado gozará de un sueldo igual al de los de su clase en el respectivo Departamento.
