ARTICULO 4° Autonomía académica. La Universidad Nacional de Colombia tendrá plena independencia para decidir sobre sus programas de estudio, investigativos y de extensión. Podrá definir y reglamentar sus características, las condiciones de ingreso, los derechos pecuniarios exigibles y los requisitos para la expedición de los títulos correspondientes.
