Artículo único. La autorización que se concede a los Municipios en el artículo 1° del Decreto-ley 2473 de 1948 sólo podrá hacerse efectiva mediante los trámites reglamentarios vigentes sobre la materia y con expresa intervención y aprobación en cada caso de la respectiva Oficina Seccional de Catastro. Comuníquese y publíquese.
