Art. 4.° Las Sociedades Anónimas, como los bancos, no quedaran sujetas a otras contribuciones directas o indirectas distintas de las que graven las Sociedades colectivas, y en general, a toda persona jurídica o natural; ni su recaudo podrá hacerse en otra forma y proporción que la determinada para cobrar tales contribuciones a las demás personas expresadas.
