El Tribunal de Justicia del Acuerdo de Cartagena será competente para conocer toda controversia que surja con motivo de la aplicación o interpretación del Acuerdo Constitutivo o del Acuerdo Operativo, así como de las normas que de ellos deriven o se pongan en vigencia para la organización y funcionamiento de la OATS, así como de las obligaciones y derechos contractuales con terceros, cuando así se estipule en tales contratos.
