Las piscinas y estructuras similares deben cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas Sanitarias que para el efecto expida el Ministerio de la Protección Social a través del Formulario Unico de Inspección Sanitaria a las piscinas y estructuras similares que debe ser utilizado por las autoridades sanitarias departamentales, distritales y municipales (municipios categorías 1, 2 y 3) de salud.
