° El artículo 26 de los estatutos quedará así: "El Fondo tendrá un Auditor de carácter permanente, quien será designado por la Contraloría General de la República, junto con el personal auxiliar que fuere necesario".
Igualmente podrá la Superintendencia Bancaria ejercer las funciones de vigilancia del Fondo en la forma que lo considere conveniente.
