Impónese a los respectivos Departamentos en donde hayan de funcionar los Juzgados de Policía que por el artículo anterior se crean, la obligación de suministrar el local y la dotación necesaria para su correcto funcionamiento, así como uno o dos escribientes, para complementar el personal del Juzgado en aquellas capitales en donde se hiciere necesario.
